Returns & Exchanges

If at any time and for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations simply return it for an exchange or a refund. Melix Home purchases are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase for an exchange or refund.

Please indicate your reason for returning the item(s) on the packing slip you received with your purchase. Package the item(s) and the packing slip securely and affix the prepaid label from your invoice/packing slip to the package. This label doesn't require any out-of-pocket money or additional insurance and can be dropped into the U.S. Mail at home, your office or any local Post Office. Furniture and other oversized items cannot be returned using the prepaid label. Please contact customer service via Email Us, Live Chat  for assistance in returning these items.

Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column on the packing slip next to the item you're returning.
Include the packing slip and all original documents in the package.
Put the pre-printed return label on the center of the box, and the pre-printed return address label on the top left corner of the box.
Ship your package pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price.
Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.
All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team before we can process a refund.
We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return.
